Learner Registration

If you have purchased a Private Individual license; are a Key contact; or an Administrator you can add Learners by registering them in the MIST database via two methods; "Add Learner" (single learner); or "Import Learner" (bulk import).

This section covers registering a single learner.

Add Single Learner

To register Learners on an individual basis, firstly navigate to the ‘License Information’ screen:

1. Click on the <ADD LEARNER> button.

To add a learner you will be presented with the following fields:

2. Enter the names and vantage POB into the relevant fields.

It is important that you enter the First Name and Last Name and Vantage POB number accurately in the available fields. If you enter incorrect data, then the candidate may be refused access to the MIST training course at the point of training. Only accurate and valid Vantage POB information will be accepted.

3. Once you have verified that the information has been correctly entered click <ADD NEW>. Repeat these steps if you want to register additional Learners for the MIST course.
4. You can now inform the Learner that they can proceed to the www.petrolearn.com website and select the <MIST LEARNER LOGIN>
