Where the online booking system is not being used, only Atlas Interactive Administrators/Account managers will enter the licensee companies into the system via the MIST Portal http://www.petrolearn.com/mist and then enter the details for the "Key Contact".
Once the details for the "Key Contact" have been added to the form and the "Add New" button has been selected, the System will dynamically generate an email and send it to the Key Contact's email address.
This email will contain the instructions and login details for the Key Contact, below is a smple of the email:
