Key Contact Login
It is only possible for the Key Contact to ‘Login’ to the system, once you have received an e-mail from the MIST System that contains your User name and Password.
This email will also describe your duties as the Key Contact, the contents of this email are described below.

Dear xxxx
Following your initial purchase of MIST licenses, we now have the pleasure in acknowledging that your Company has been set-up on the MIST portal with the relevant amount of Licenses / Facilitations. You personally have been set-up in the system as the 'Key Contact' for your Company. As such, you have a few simple duties to carry out before the MIST licenses can be used by your staff:

You need to nominate an Accountable Person who will be responsible for the correct implementation of the MIST programme within your company. If this is appropriate, you could nominate yourself to be the Accountable Person. |

2) |
You need to nominate at least 1 MIST Administrator; however, you can nominate multiple Administrators if that is required. |

3) |
Once your nominated Accountable Person has accepted this role and one or more of the nominated Administrators have accepted their role, individual candidates can be registered online for the MIST course. |
|
4) |
Once a candidate has been registered, this person will be able to sit the MIST refresher programme from any computer with Internet Access, as long as the criteria accepted by the Accountable Person are satisfied. |
In order for you to complete the initial process of nominating an Accountable
Person and one or more Administrators, please log-in to the MIST administration
site on:

Your unique username and password for this log-in process are as follows:

Please ensure that you keep these details secure and confidential as a security
breach of these details may cause un-authorised license allocations to take
place. If you have any doubts about the security of your log-in details, please
contact
mist@atlasinteractive.com in order to re-set your password.
Once logged in, you will be directed to the main administration page for your
Company, from where you can start the nomination process for the Accountable
Person and the MIST Administrators. The Accountable Person must have sufficient
authority and responsibility to accept and ensure the following undertakings:

Suitable measures are in place to verify and confirm the identity of all participants undertaking the programme. |
|
2) |
Suitable measures are in place to prevent misuse or unauthorised access. |
|
3) |
Appropriate steps will be taken to identify and report any misuse to OPITO - The Oil and Gas Academy. |

4) |
Sufficient resources are allocated to support and guide participants using the programme. Click here to view / print the Administration Guidelines |

5) |
Approval to administer the programme internally is contingent upon the ongoing provision of suitable support resources and monitoring arrangements. |
Please note that failure to administer the programme appropriately may result in
the withdrawal of your organisation's authorisation to administer the programme.

On receipt of this email you can return to the MIST Portal to login .
1. To start the Login process return to the MIST Portal home page.
2. Enter your username and password from the email into the appropriate fields.
3. Next click on the <LOGIN> button, and the Key Contact Administration screen will be displayed.
